We will do our best to give you 100% satisfaction. If you would like to request a return, please contact our customer service and inform us of the reason for the return. All items sent back to us must be in good condition and bear all labels: unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed, etc.

All items must be in original condition and have all labels attached.

- Before you place your order, you need to confirm the color, size and style we provide, if it is not a quality problem, the Fashion representative Center will not accept returns.

- The correct goods have been sent to you, but you feel that it is not suitable, we do not accept returns, so it is recommended that you contact customer service to check the CM of the watch before delivery after purchase.

- If there is a quality problem or we send you the wrong version, please take a photo of the item and send it to us. We will be responsible for the products with quality problems.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

- If your item is intercepted by customs, we will resend it to you. (But we will only resend it once)

No return or exchange is allowed in these cases:

2) Items that have been used, damaged, engraved or altered will not be returned or exchanged.

4) We do not accept unauthorized, improperly packaged or inadequately insured items.

5) We do not assume that obvious problems can be seen in the QC (including wrong size, wrong watch band, defects), so please check the QC picture carefully before shipping.

We will only refund shoes that meet the above return conditions.
